Make your Hug in a Box extra special with a personalised message. Your message can be as long or as short as you wish and is a lovely way to let the recipient know who is sending their gift.

Popular messages include Thinking of You, Happy Birthday, Get Well, Congratulations, Sending Love or simply Have a Hug. You can also choose No Words … Just Hugs when you don’t know what to say, or when sometimes a hug says it all.

How to Add your Personal Message

Add your personal message in the ‘Add your FREE Personal Message’ box before adding your Hug Box to your basket. Your Hug Box will have ‘Have a Hug’ on the Message Card unless you add a message at the time of ordering.

Every Hug Box is carefully hand-packed by Wendy to create a beautiful surprise when it is opened.

Please remember that photos taken after opening may look different from the freshly packed Hug Box shown on our website. Once the treats are discovered, they’re often taken out, enjoyed, shared or rearranged before the recipient takes a photo!

Hug Boxes are NOT suitable for people with food allergies! They will typically include many Allergens such as Eggs, Milk, Soya, Cereals containing Gluten, Sesame Seeds, Nuts and Peanuts. They may also contain other Allergens. HUG BOXES are NOT suitable for Children of 3 years and under, and I recommend adult supervision for children under 5 years.

Hug Boxes can be delivered to any UK postcode. We’re based in East Kilbride, Scotland, but you can send a Hug Box to someone anywhere in the UK.

How much is delivery?
Delivery for the Original Hug Box is £4.99, using a tracked courier service to any UK postcode.

How quickly will my Hug Box be dispatched?
Hug Boxes are generally dispatched within 24 working hours. Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive in approximately 3 working days. Please allow additional time during strikes, local or national bank holidays, seasonal holidays and for some destinations off the UK mainland.
