I have lived with PMDD for over 35 years, I’ve had these symptoms every month since I was 15. They are classic common signs of a hormone sensitivity disorder now called PMDD. PMDD is a mood disorder caused by extreme sensitivity to hormones which causes severe emotional, cognitive, and physical symptoms in the week or two before a menstrual period.
