How to Personalise Your Coaster

1. Upload your photo

Please upload your chosen pet photo when placing your order. Alternatively, you can email your image to wendy@hugbox.co.uk, including your order details so I can match it to your purchase.

2. Provide your pet’s name

Please supply the name you’d like included in the design.

3. Request optional text

If you’d like additional wording, please let me know when ordering and send the wording along with your photo. I will incorporate it into the design where possible.

Photo Requirements

Please provide the best-quality image you have available, as the quality of your photo affects the finished print. Photos taken on a mobile phone of a printed photograph can be used, but any glare, reflections or imperfections in the original image may also appear on your coaster.

The printable area is round, so your image may be cropped to fit. Please choose a photo that will work well in this shape, keeping important features away from the edges where possible.

Preview and Approval

I always aim to create the best possible design using the photo and text you provide. If you’d like to approve a preview before printing, please let me know when placing your order.

Please check the spelling, wording, image cropping and text position carefully. Once you’ve approved the preview, your coaster will be printed and dispatched shortly afterwards, and changes may no longer be possible.

If you don’t require a preview, I’ll use my best judgement to create your personalised coaster.

Coaster Care

To keep your personalised photo coaster looking its best, gently hand wash it using warm water and mild soapy water.

Do not put your coaster in the dishwasher. High temperatures may fade the printed image and weaken the adhesive securing the cork backing.

Colours and Printing

Please be aware that printed colours may vary slightly from the image shown on your screen due to differences in screen displays and printing settings.
