Letterbox Hug Boxes will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Even better is they are conveniently packaged in a letterbox friendly packaging so are perfect as a surprise gift. Message cards will be placed inside the top of your Hug Box for the recipient to see before viewing their surprises.

The majority of Hug Boxes are gifts and in the excitement of receiving one it’s common for the happy recipient to empty the Hug Box, eat or squirrel away their favourite items THEN take a photo to show you. Please note that this is NOT how the Hug Box would have arrived. I hand pack each Hug Box personally, Wendy 🙂

Personalised Message

Remember to add your personal message to make your Hug in a Box extra special! This note can be as long or short as you wish, and most importantly should let the person know who is sending their gift! The most popular messages are Thinking of You, Birthday, Get Well, Congratulations, sending Love or simply Have a Hug.

How to ADD your Personal Message

Please send the message you would like included with your Hug Box by adding it to the ‘Add your free personal MESSAGE’ section before adding your item to the shopping basket or email wendy@hugbox.co.uk if you prefer.

Your Hug Box will have ‘Have a Hug’ on the Message Card unless you add a message at the time of ordering.

Contents, colours and items may vary from the image shown. If an item is out of stock it will be replaced with one of the same or in most cases greater value.

Allergy and Safety Advice:

Hug Boxes are NOT suitable for people with food allergies! They will typically include many Allergens such as Eggs, Milk, Soya, Cereals containing Gluten, Sesame Seeds, Nuts and Peanuts. They may also contain other Allergens. HUG BOXES are NOT suitable for Children of 3 years and under, and I recommend adult supervision for children under 5 years.
